ما الذي نحفظه

حسابك: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، وتاريخ موافقتك على هذه الصفحة ورقم نسختها. تُحفظ كلمة المرور مشفّرة، ولا نستطيع رؤيتها.

ما تختاره: نوع الاختبار، والمستوى، والدرجة التي تريدها، وتاريخ اختبارك، ولغة الواجهة لكي تصلك رسائل الحساب بها.

تدريبك: إجاباتك ووقت كل إجابة، والكلمات والأسئلة التي تحفظها، وما تكتبه في تدريب الكتابة: آخر 3 نصوص لكل موضوع.

ما ترسله إلينا: بلاغك عن سؤال، ورسائل «شاركنا رأيك» مع نوعها واسم الشاشة ورقم إصدار التطبيق، ومعلومات جهازك (نوعه ونظامه ولغة التطبيق ومظهره) إذا تركت خيارها مفعّلاً، وبريدك إذا طلبت أن نتواصل معك.

إذا تعطّلت صفحة وأنت مسجّل الدخول: نص الخطأ واسم الصفحة ورقم إصدار التطبيق ونظام جهازك (مثل ⁦Android 15⁩)، بدون اسمك أو بريدك أو حسابك، لكي نصلحه.

تسجيلات صوتك في تدريب التحدث تبقى في جهازك، ولا تصل إلينا.

لماذا نحفظه

لكي تدخل إلى حسابك من أي جهاز ويبقى تقدّمك معك، ولنختار لك التدريب الذي يناسب مستواك، ولنصلح الأسئلة.

نحفظ حسابك وتدريبك لأن الخدمة لا تعمل بدونهما، ونحفظ ما ترسله إلينا لأنك اخترت أن ترسله.

لا نبيع بياناتك. لا يوجد في التطبيق إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع.

الأعمار

التطبيق لمن عمره 13 سنة أو أكثر. من كان عمره من 13 إلى 17 سنة يجب أن يوافق ولي أمره على هذه الصفحة قبل التسجيل.

لا نسأل عن تاريخ ميلادك، بل عن فئتك العمرية فقط. ولا توجد إعلانات ولا تتبّع لأي عمر.

يستطيع ولي الأمر أن يطلب نسخة من بيانات ابنه أو ابنته، أو حذفها، عن طريق «تواصل معنا» أدناه.

أين نحفظه

على خوادم ⁦Supabase⁩ في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا. وتُنزَّل الملفات الصوتية من المكان نفسه.

⁦Supabase⁩ شركة أمريكية، وقد يصل فريقها إلى البيانات من خارج أوروبا عندما يحتاج إلى إصلاح مشكلة.

رسائل البريد التي نرسلها لك (تفعيل الحساب وتغيير كلمة المرور) تمرّ عبر ⁦Resend⁩، وهي شركة أمريكية، من خوادمها في أيرلندا. ترى بريدك ونص الرسالة فقط لكي توصلها، ولا نتتبّع فتح الرسائل.

تعمل نسخة الويب على ⁦Cloudflare⁩، وهي شركة أمريكية. عندما تفتح الصفحة، ترى الشركة عنوان جهازك على الإنترنت، كما يحدث مع أي موقع.

الأمان

الاتصال بالخادم مشفّر، ولا يصل كل طالب إلا إلى بياناته هو.

نعدّ ما يرسله كل حساب في اليوم لكي نمنع إساءة الاستخدام، ونحذف هذا العدّ بعد يومين.

إذا حدث تسرّب قد يضرّ ببياناتك، نُبلغ سدايا خلال 72 ساعة من علمنا به، ونُبلغك دون تأخير.

الحذف

«حسابي» ← «بيانات الحساب» ← «حذف الحساب»: يحذف حسابك وتقدّمك وإجاباتك من الخادم نهائياً.

وإذا لم يعد التطبيق عندك: افتح صفحة «حذف حسابك» على موقعنا، أو أرسل رسالة من البريد المسجّل في حسابك إلى بريد «تواصل معنا» أدناه، ونحذفه خلال 30 يوماً على الأكثر.

تبقى البلاغات والملاحظات بدون اسمك، لكي نستطيع إصلاح ما فيها.

وعدا ذلك، نحتفظ ببياناتك حتى تحذف حسابك.

حقوقك

يمكنك أن تأخذ نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحّحها أو تحذفها: النسخة من «بيانات الحساب» ← «حمّل نسخة من بياناتك»، والتصحيح من «حسابي»، والحذف من «حذف الحساب». والبلاغات والملاحظات التي أرسلتها نرسلها لك عن طريق «تواصل معنا» أدناه.

نردّ على طلبك خلال 30 يوماً. ويمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت بحذف حسابك.

ولك الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي: سدايا.

خدمات أخرى

عندما تضغط «ترجمة ⁦Google⁩» أو «بحث ⁦Google⁩» في بطاقة الكلمة، تُرسَل الكلمة إلى ⁦Google⁩ من هاتفك. وعدا ذلك لا نرسل شيئاً إلى أحد.

هذا تطبيق تدريب مستقل، غير تابع لـ ⁦IDP⁩ أو ⁦British Council⁩ أو ⁦Cambridge University Press & Assessment⁩، ولا يضمن لك درجة معيّنة.

⁦IELTS⁩ علامة تجارية مسجّلة لهذه الجهات، ولا تحتوي أسئلتنا على أي مادة من اختباراتها الرسمية.

الأسئلة والنصوص والشروح من تأليفنا. استخدمها لتدريبك، ولا تنسخها أو تبيعها.

هذه نسخة تجريبية: يتغيّر المحتوى والمزايا، وقد يتوقف شيء منها.

حسابك لك وحدك. لا تحاول الدخول إلى حساب غيرك أو تعطيل الخدمة.

يحق لنا إيقاف أو حذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

نقدّم التطبيق كما هو. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا نتحمّل أي خسارة غير مباشرة بسبب استخدامه أو توقّفه، مثل نتيجة اختبار أو فرصة دراسة أو عمل، ولا توقّفه بسبب ظرف خارج عن إرادتنا، مثل عطل عند مزوّد الخوادم أو انقطاع الإنترنت. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا ما دفعته لنا.

قد نعدّل هذه الصفحة ونكتب تاريخ التعديل في أعلاها. وإذا غيّرنا شيئاً مهماً نخبرك داخل التطبيق، واستمرارك في استخدامه بعد ذلك موافقة على التعديل.

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

What we store

Your account: your name, your email address and your password, and when you agreed to this page and which version. The password is stored encrypted, and we cannot see it.

What you choose: the test type, your level, the band you want, your exam date, and the interface language, so account emails reach you in it.

Your practice: your answers and the time of each answer, the words and questions you save, and what you write in Writing (your last 3 texts for each topic).

What you send us: your report about a question, and your feedback, with its kind, the name of the screen and the app version number, and your device details (its type and system, the app language and light or dark) if you leave that option on, and your email address if you ask us to write back.

If a page breaks while you are signed in: the error text, the name of the page, the app version number and your device's system (such as Android 15), without your name, email address or account, so that we can fix it.

Recordings of your voice in Speaking practice stay on your device and do not reach us.

Why we store it

So you can sign in from any device and keep your progress with you, so we can choose the practice that suits your level, and so we can fix questions.

We keep your account and your practice because the service cannot work without them, and what you send us because you chose to send it.

We do not sell your data. The app has no ads and no tracking tools.

Ages

The app is for ages 13 and over. If you are 13 to 17, your parent or guardian must agree to this page before you sign up.

We do not ask for your date of birth, only your age group. There are no ads and no tracking for any age.

A parent or guardian can ask for a copy of their child's data, or for its deletion, through "Contact us" below.

Where it is stored

On Supabase servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The audio files are downloaded from the same place.

Supabase is a US company. Its team may access the data from outside Europe when it needs to fix a problem.

The emails we send you (confirming your account, changing your password) go through Resend, a US company, from its servers in Ireland. It sees only your email address and the message, so that it can deliver it, and we do not track whether you open our emails.

The web version runs on Cloudflare, a US company. Like any website, it sees your device's internet address when you open the page.

Security

The connection to the server is encrypted, and each student can access only their own data.

We count what each account sends in a day to prevent misuse, and delete that count after two days.

If a data leak could harm your data, we tell SDAIA within 72 hours of learning about it, and we tell you without delay.

Deletion

Account → "Account details" → "Delete account" deletes your account, your progress and your answers from the server permanently.

If you no longer have the app: open the "Delete your account" page on our website, or send an email from your account's address to the address under "Contact us" below, and we delete it within 30 days at most.

Reports and feedback stay without your name, so that we can fix what they point to.

Apart from that, we keep your data until you delete your account.

Your rights

You can get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it: the copy from "Account details" → "Download a copy of your data", corrections in Account, and deletion with "Delete account". Reports and feedback you sent, we send you through "Contact us" below.

We answer your request within 30 days. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

You also have the right to complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

Other services

When you tap "Google Translate" or "Google search" on a word card, the word goes to Google from your phone. Apart from that, we send nothing to anyone.

This is an independent practice app. It is not affiliated with IDP, the British Council or Cambridge University Press & Assessment, and it does not guarantee you any particular score.

IELTS is a registered trademark of these organisations. Our questions contain no material from their official tests.

We wrote the questions, texts and explanations. Use them for your own practice, and do not copy or sell them.

This is a test version: the content and features may change, and some may stop working.

Your account is for you alone. Do not try to get into someone else's account or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms.

We provide the app as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it or from it stopping, such as an exam result or a study or job opportunity, or for it stopping because of something outside our control, such as a fault at our server provider or an internet outage. Our responsibility is never more than what you paid us.

We may change this page, and the date at the top says when. If we change something important, we tell you in the app, and using the app after that means you accept the change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
