الطريقة الأسرع: من التطبيق أو هذا الموقع

1. سجّل الدخول.
2. افتح «حسابي» ← «بيانات الحساب».
3. اضغط «حذف الحساب» ثم «احذف حسابي».

يُحذف حسابك فوراً.

أرسل رسالة إلى ⁦support@bandquest.app⁩ من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، واكتب فيها: «أريد حذف حسابي». نحذفه ونرد عليك خلال 30 يوماً على الأكثر. نطلبها من بريد حسابك لكي نتأكد أنه حسابك.

ما الذي يُحذف

• حسابك: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور.
• ما اخترته: نوع الاختبار والمستوى والدرجة التي تريدها وتاريخ اختبارك.
• تدريبك: إجاباتك، والكلمات والأسئلة التي حفظتها، وما كتبته في تدريب الكتابة.

ما الذي يبقى

• بلاغاتك عن الأسئلة ورسائل «شاركنا رأيك» تبقى بدون اسمك ولا بريدك، لكي نصلح ما فيها.
• تقارير الأخطاء لا تحمل اسمك ولا حسابك أصلاً.
• تسجيلات صوتك في تدريب التحدث والأصوات المحمّلة موجودة في جهازك فقط، وتُحذف عندما تحذف التطبيق.

1. Sign in.
2. Open Account → "Account details".
3. Tap "Delete account", then "Delete my account".

Your account is deleted straight away.

Send an email to support@bandquest.app from the address you signed up with, and write: "Please delete my account." We delete it and reply within 30 days at most. We ask for it from your account's address so we know the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, your email address and your password.
• What you chose: the test type, your level, the band you want and your exam date.
• Your practice: your answers, the words and questions you saved, and what you wrote in Writing.

What is kept

• Your reports about questions and your feedback stay without your name or email address, so that we can fix what they point to.
• Error reports never carry your name or your account.
• Your Speaking recordings and the downloaded audio are only on your device, and go when you delete the app.
